Martijn Cousijn graduated at the dutch Filmacademy in 2003. Working as Director of Photography he has been shooting documentary, commercial and narrative projects. Focussing on the latter he shot high-end series like 'Arcadia' and 'Rust en Vreugd' and feature films like 'Straatcoaches vs Aliens' and 'The Balloonist'. He enjoys working on big scale projects with lots of logistics as much as working with a small crew. His main interest lies in story driven camerawork.
